Size

Midi beds are typically lower than high-sleepers, and have a shorter ladder or staircase. They are a great choice for small rooms. They are made up of only a single UK mattress and add a range of useful pieces underneath. Our midi cabin beds come in a range of colors so you can pick the one that is most suitable for your child's bedroom. Some go further and include various bespoke storage unit. The desk can be moved between two units via wheels. There are also four drawers of storage, and two cupboards with doors. The Luna low line loft bed or Midi storage bed is small double mid sleeper and packed with everything you need including a ladder that can be turned into a desk that slides into and out of the way on wheels a three drawer chest and cabinet, all included. It is important to note that the majority of midi loft beds that have desks require a standard UK single mattress (3ft/90x190cm) with wooden slatted bases. This is not included in the price of the bed, so we recommend taking a look at our fantastic mattress deals to find a price that suits your budget!

It features a low staircase with the option for it to be turned around, a desk that can slide into and out of the way on wheels, two drawers, and a cabinet with a doors all included. Mattress

Most midi beds can accommodate standard UK single mattresses and the top bunk is equipped with a safety rail to give you additional security. Some models have an trundle drawer with a pull-out that can be used to host sleepovers, or to add additional storage space underneath the bed. They can be open or equipped with doors (please check the product's specifications for more details).

A lot of midi cabins have a desk that can be moved from one level to the other or chests. This gives children a bespoke space to store their belongings, and there's no need to use up valuable floor space with large wardrobes or shelving units.

Some models have gone one step further by having cabinets that are flush mounted, or even a part of the headboard or footboard. This is great for storing books and toys.
