Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop

If you're looking to tidy up messes quickly, a robot vacuum cleaner and mop is the way to go. The best robotic mop and vacuum robot vacuums and mops I tested had excellent mapping and navigation. They sucked up Cheerios and fake dog turds, as well as wires that were strung up.

It's worth noting that mapping takes a while and may take a few times before the Yeedi Cube has an accurate picture of your space. The object detection feature is hit-and-miss. It was able skirt around furniture and other obstacles however, it got stuck on a rug with tassels that it required a flip to free itself. These aren't major issues and the Yeedi Cube remains a great choice for those in need of a cleaning companion that does all of the above.

3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete

The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete provides a three-in-one cleaning solution. Its mopping technology is advanced and features the ability to rotate in a manner like hand scrubbing which results in floors that are genuinely cleaned and not just being swept. Its detachable stick-automatic vacuum cleaner and mop is a game-changer that allows you to reach areas that robotic vacuums aren't able to reach.

This model is nearly identical to the popular X2 Omni but with a slightly higher suction power of 8,700Pa and a few additional features that are smart. The upgraded RGBD sensor can learn your home's layout better and provide dynamic obstacles avoidance. The smart app lets you customize a variety of settings, including scheduling, AI cleanings, and setting virtual boundaries.

The X2 Combo also has self-preparation. Its operating noise is also relatively high, which suggests it could be less of a "set-and-forget" model than other models.

The S1 Pro, like most robotic vacuums, comes with a docking system that allows it to refill its clean water tank, empty the dust bin and dry and wash the mop, and then empty its mop pad. This makes maintenance simple and helps the S1 Pro to spend more time cleaning floors according to an ongoing basis. You can control all its functions via the Eufy app, which gives a clear overview and plenty of options for configuration.

5. Freo X Ultra

This robot is just a few hundred dollars more than the S8 and does a fantastic job of keeping my home office clean. It also has the ability to reach the corners of my tiny apartment. It uses laser mapping and a camera to make a map of your home which allows it to know which areas to avoid. In addition, unlike other vacuums that have mopping capabilities it also has detection of objects and obstructions that is able to avoid things like bowls for dogs and dog toys (but not poop).

It has other great highlights, such as a self-emptying dustbin, a mop pad that's self-washing and able to adjust the temperature of water, and a side-reaching sweeper brush that can reach places that other mops don't. You can also set up cleaning schedules in the app and set custom the settings for each room of your home.

It has the same multi-room smart mapping that is found in the S8 and can distinguish between laminate and carpets, with high-pile rugs. And, if you're looking to cut down on time, it can even avoid mopping rooms that aren't filthy. It's an excellent option when you have a mix of flooring in your home but do not want to invest the money to buy a Roborock with advanced mapping features.

7. Q5 Pro

If you're looking for a flexible robot vacuum and mop that can handle regular maintenance and touch-ups on wet messes, this little robot is an excellent option. It comes with a wide range of features such as a self-emptying dustbin as well as a dock that can be used for refilling water, and customizable settings via the app. It's surprisingly quiet, and it can move between furniture legs and socks effortlessly. However, it can't remove tangled rug tassels and its battery drains slightly quicker than other models we tested in our tests.

With a cost of less than $250 and less than $250, the Q5 Pro is a bargain-friendly machine that packs a lot of suction and handy automation into a sleek. It didn't perform as well as the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra in our vacuuming tests, but overall it did quite well. It also includes a wide range of cleaning modes to suit your needs, ranging from the low-power 'Quiet' option for light debris to the more robust 'Turbo' mode that is ideal for carpeted rooms. It can even be programmed to remove and reconnect its mop pads, without getting your carpets wet.

8. K10 Plus

The K10 Plus is a great robot vacuum and mop for people who live in small areas. It's silent and fast, and it can navigate tight spaces efficiently. It is also very good at removing pet hair off carpeting.

It's smaller than many of its competitors however it doesn't sacrifice any features. It has decent suction power and can be set to take pictures of each object it chooses (i.e. chew toys socks, chew toys) and mark them in the app as "not located', so that they won't be picked up again during future cleanings. The photos are secure, and are not tied to your account.

It is capable of vaccuming but isn't as good at mopping. It makes use of disposable wet wipes you clip onto the bot's bottom, and it essentially drags them across your floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra and Narwhal models, which come with water reservoirs that automatically wash and reattach their mophead.
