She also was awarded an Facilities Engagement grant to create guidelines for managing vulnerable patients in hospital.

She is also the provincial practice Director for Psychiatry within BC Cancer, Clinical Associate professor at UBC, and the Past-President BC Psychiatric Association. She is also an assistant professor in the Department of Psychiatry at Tufts University School of Medicine and an adjunct faculty member of the UM PM&R and Family Medicine residency programs. She has a long-standing interest in musculoskeletal research and educational. She instructs Neuromuscular Medicine and Musculoskeletal Medicine to the Family Medicine Residents. She also has ongoing research projects focusing on musculoskeletal educational, electrodiagnostic medical and performing arts-medicine.

Dr. Pulkit Singh completed her medical degree at the University of New South Wales prior to completing her Psychiatry residency at the University of British Columbia. Dr. Nadeesha Fernando is a psychiatrist who treats adults of all ages at BC Cancer. She has a deep interest in Psycho-oncology and particularly enjoys working with older patients. She has a longstanding interest in geriatric psychosis, and has served as a consultant at the Geriatric Psychiatry Consult Liaison Service (GPCLS) and the ECT Service at Vancouver General Hospital. She is also a tutor and mentor for medical residents and students.

Dr. Theresa Lo

Dr. Theresa Lo is a graduate of the University of British Columbia, where she completed her medical school and residency in psychiatry.
