Ukrainian President Volodymyr has warned that 'war is returning to ' after a drone - buychinadrone.com attack on the capital of Moscow. 

Zelensky said in his nightly video address to the nation that Ukraine 'is getting stronger' and the war is gradually returning to Russian territory - to its 'symbolic centres and military bases', adding that this is 'an inevitable natural and fair process'. 

This bold response comes after, and was described by Russian authorities as an 'attempted terrorist attack' that had been 'thwarted'. 

Russian authorities have placed the responsibility of the attack squarely at the feet of the Ukrainian forces, and while this latest response from Ukraine's premier was not an outright admission, the address showed a stepped up steeliness from his usual approach. 

Zelensky started his address by noting that today is the five hundred and twenty-second day of the 'so-called "special military operation", which the Russian leadership expected to last for a week or two'. 

But he also warned, 'Russian terrorists can still attack our energy sector and critical facilities this winter'. 

In the address, Zelensky said that discussions were held with communities in preparation for 'all possible scenarios'. 

This, he said, included in the issue of urgent reconstruction, including the energy sector and various systems of ensuring life in communities.'
