Cheap Single Pushchair Single Pushchairs

If you're looking to save money and don't require a stroller that doubles into a car seat carrier The Babyzen Yoyo is a good option. It has a simple one-step foot brake that's flip-flop user-friendly.

It's also a breeze to push and feels sturdy when navigating kerbs or woodland pathways. Plus, it's a dream to fold.

1. Babyzen YOYO2

The Babyzen YOYO2 has earned a name as the ultimate light-weight buggy for city dwellers and jet-setters alike, due to its extremely nimble handling and fold that fits in aeroplane overhead luggage. The latest version comes with independent suspension on all four wheels made of Hytrel elastomer that allows it to perfectly navigate across all types of surfaces and terrain'.

The bent fabric bassinet, base YOYO2 and 6+ months colour pack combine to create a stylish pushchair with a delicate elegant look. The frame's weight is less than a kilo, and is so light that you can lift it from the box with one hand.

It's also simple to add or remove attachments or adaptors - the hood, for instance, snaps onto the YOYO2 with reassuring clicks and is machine washable to prevent staining from rice cakes that have been smashed and half-dissolved carrot puffs. It can be used as a pram starting from birth using the Newborn Pack or bassinet, or converted into stroller at 6 months using the YOYO Connect additional chassis.

The Xplore also comes with two canopies that turn from the front to the back, offering ample sun protection for all family members. It has a smaller footprint than some wagons. This might not be ideal for long drives or napping.

The frame of the Xplore is solid and sturdy however it doesn't have as much flex as some of the other wagons we have tested. It is also more difficult than other wagons to fold, and does not lock tightly once folded. It is easy to maneuver however, and can fit through narrow 28-inch doors.

3. Delta Children LX Side by Side

This Delta Children bare-bones travel stroller is a great choice for parents looking for a second stroller that's priced reasonably. It scored well in our Strollers and Multiples Test for weight and folded dimensions, which means it's lightweight and compact when folded and easy to lift and store in a trunk for your car. It also has a multi-position reclining seat and a cup holder for the parent. Other important features include 360-degree shock absorbing front wheels, as well as two large storage bags that hang from the ceiling.

In our push and turn test it performed better than most of the other strollers of a similar price we test, but it's not the easiest to maneuver on uneven terrain or through narrow doors. The sunshades it has are among the ones we tested the smallest, providing only direct overhead coverage, and no windows that peek out. The UPPAbaby G-Link 2 and Zoe Twin+ have much larger canopies.

It can also be used with Maxi Cosi capsule car seats and comes with the light Mico 30 infant car seat, stay-in-car base and a reversible carriage.

The seat can be reclined with one hand, and the big shopping basket makes it simple for parents to get their child in and out. The narrow pushchair sailed through everyday bumps and doorways with ease.

The front wheels are able to be locked in a forward-facing position, or they can swivel. This is helpful for navigating through rough terrain. We let the front wheels to rotate on our walk along the stony path. It handled the situation well, although it seemed a little bumpier.

5. Baby Jogger City Tour 2

Baby Jogger is best known for its three-wheeled, all-terrain jogging strollers. But they also produce a wide variety of pushchairs that have four wheels. City Tour 2 is their most well-known model. It is simple to use and folds down small single stroller enough to fit in a car boot even with the carrycot attached.

It is heavier than the other strollers we've tested, but because it has rubber composite wheels it feels sturdy and well-constructed. It is easy to maneuver on different terrains and even with two kids with shopping bags and other things.

Both the seat and carrycot have hoods that can be lowered to reveal a UV50and sun canopy extensions. They are showerproof and sturdy unlike other pram hoods that get whipped back into toddlers' faces.

It's not a lot of storage space, but it comes with a large basket deep enough to accommodate a changing bag or a large amount of groceries. It can also be used with the Baby Jogger car seat for infants who weigh 20 pounds or less (car seat and adapters are sold separately). If you are looking for a stroller that can be taken on the road, then the City Tour 2 is an excellent option.

6. Nuna Mixx Next

When the Nuna Mixx first came onto the scene, it stole the hearts of parents all over the world. It's an aluminum-framed stroller which can be used from the infant's first days until. It has many standout features, including the ability of the seat to be flipped between the parent and the world and a huge UPF50+ canopy that has an eye shade that flips out, and an adjustable handlebar.

The chassis comes with a built-in suspension system that helps reduce the impact of bumpy terrain. The wheels are constructed from tough foam and minimise punctures. It was easy to push, and our tester was able manoeuvre the vehicle through the narrow streets.

It folds in just four steps, and locks automatically without hassle. It also stands and can be rolled around for easier transportation in the car's boot or down the stairs at home. The travel system comes available with the option to add an additional car seat or carrycot using the adaptors that are included. 7. Babyzen Duet

This single standing stroller pushchair that is budget-friendly is surprisingly easy to handle and features an excellent dual suspension system, one-hand fold and a convenient carry strap. The canopy/seat comes with two big sun visors that can be either fixed or flipped out. Both are UPF50+. However the toggle closure isn't great - it's not as silent as Velcro and could wake sleepy babies.

The Duet is a side-by-side stroller and can be set up to accommodate twins or other siblings (up to 22kg maximum per seat). It can be used with two infant car seat and some carrycots. In twin mode the seats can be facing each other or be turned around to face parents, theoretically cutting down on sibling fights over who gets to sit with dad and mom. It comes with a large tray for gears, a bottle holder and snack tray. It also has a compact stand fold, and an automatic frame lock.

8. Baby Jogger Urban Glide 2.

The Thule Urban glide 2 is a great jogger for parents who love to be active. It's among the lightest strollers for running that you can purchase for your child. It also comes with great safety features, including a 5-point safety harness as well as a wrist safety straps. It comes with a different kind of hand brake than other models that is an innovative twist.

The seat is comfortable and has plenty of room to sit in, but the depth of the seat is less than other joggers we've tried (it's approximately 10"). The storage bin is encased with a zipper that keeps things safe. It can hold up to 10 lbs, which is enough for most diaper bags.
