If you're looking to save money and don't need a stroller that can double up as car seat carriers the Babyzen Yoyo is a good choice. It features a flip-flop-friendly one-step footbrake.

It's also easy to push and feels solid when navigating kerbs or woodland paths. It's also easy to fold.

It also has a reclined seat that can be reclined in several positions as well as a cup holder for the parent. Other features of note include 360-degree shock-absorbing front wheels, as well as two large hanging storage bags.

In our test of the push and turn it performed better than most of the other strollers of a similar price we tried, but it's not the most comfortable to maneuver on uneven terrain or through doorways that are narrow. It's a breeze to maneuver, and the one-hand reclining of the seat and the super large shopping basket make it easy for parents to get their child in and out of the seat quickly. Although it is a small pushchair, it was able to handle the bumps of everyday life well and went through doorways without any fuss.

The front wheels are able to be locked in a forward direction or rotate. This is useful when navigating rough terrain. We let the front wheels to swivel on our walk along an uneven path. It was able to handle this well, although it seemed slightly rougher.

5. Baby Jogger City Tour 2,

Baby Jogger is most well-known for its 3-wheeled, all-terrain strollers for jogging. However, they also make a broad selection of pushchairs with four wheels. City Tour 2 is their most well-known model. It is easy to use and folds down small enough to fit into a car boot even with the carrycot attached.

It's a little heavier than other strollers that we tried, but the wheels are a rubber composite, which makes it feel well-built and durable. It maneuvers expertly across different types of terrain and it's easy to move even with two kids and shopping bags.

The carrycot and seat both have hoods that can be pulled down to reveal sun canopy extensions that are UV50+. They are water-resistant and durable unlike other prams' hoods which get bounced back into toddlers' faces.

It doesn't have a lot of storage space, but it does have a large basket that's large enough to fit an infant's changing bag and plenty of groceries. It can also be linked with the Baby Jogger infant car seat to create a traveling system for babies up to 20 pounds (car seat and adapters are sold separately). If you require a stroller that can be used on the road, the City Tour 2 is an excellent option.

6. Nuna Mixx Next

The canopy/seat comes with two large fixed or flip-out sun visors and both are UPF50+. However, the toggle closure isn't ideal it's not as quiet as Velcro and could wake sleepy babies.

The Duet is a side-by-side stroller and can be configured to take twins or siblings (up to a maximum of 22kg per seat). It's compatible with two infant car seats and works with some carrycots. In twin mode the seats can be placed so that they face each the other. They can also be set to face the parents. This can help to reduce sibling disputes over who sits with mom and dad. It comes with a massive gear tray, bottle holder, snack trays and the ability to change mats. It also comes with a compact stand fold and automatic frame lock.
