Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

The majority of robot auto vacuum and mop-mop combinations can be customized with an application that allows you to save maps of your home, set cleaning schedules and select mopping options. They also allow you to alter suction power and fine-tune the amount of water and the scrubbing action of your mop.

A mapping function helps your robot navigate through rooms. An obstacle avoidance feature helps it avoid running over wires, furniture or other toys. These are must-have features in my house, stuffed with strewn-about toys.

1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

Roborock S8 Pro Ultra, the flagship vacuum of the company and mop, is loaded with features. It's able to mop and sweep in a single session and even raise its mop pads and brushes to prevent soft surfaces from becoming too wet. It can also avoid obstacles by looking for pet toys, plants and other small objects.

The robot vacuum's maximum suction power is 6 000 pascals. This is the highest power of any other robot cleaner with mop automatic vacuum cleaner we've tested so far. It also has PreciSense LiDAR Navigation to track its position, which prevents it from getting stuck on a surface.

The S8 Pro Ultra's mopping capabilities are also impressive. It can provide constant pressure to the pad of over 6 Newtons to ensure a thorough cleaning. It also comes with mop lifter that lifts the pad automatically as it is able to switch between tile, laminate hardwood, carpet or rugs, in order to prevent soaking soft surfaces.

The S8 Pro Ultra also has self-washing and self drying features. The pad is capable of rinsing and heat-drying within the dock. The dust bin will automatically empty and return to the dock. This means you can just leave it in place and forget it, and only need to clean the dust bag and refill the water tank every now and then.

This is all powered by a lithium-ion battery of 5,200mAh. I used it on its normal mop and vac settings for about 160 minutes before the S8 Pro Ultra started to be power-deficient and return to its base to recharge. This isn't that far from the 180 minutes that Roborock claims and is at par other hybrids I've tested.

This is a highly well-rounded and capable product, with the only drawback being that it's expensive. However, its sheer abundance of features makes it a appealing option for anyone who wants to ditch their old stick vacuums and mop. We highly recommend this vacuum if you can justify its price.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a premium robot cleaner vacuum and mop combination. Its premium price tag is justified by its robust feature set, which includes an impressive vacuuming capacity as well as two gyrating mop mops. It also comes with an app-enabled smart controller and an advanced obstacle-avoidance system.

The L10S Ultra is one of the most expensive robotic vacuum and mop combos available at a recommended retail price of 999 euros. In my testing it was able to perform very well in all areas of the house, removing 98.4 percent of the debris on all floors and managing to lift long hair with no getting caught in. The mops were also excellent in delivering outstanding cleaning results with less effort than most mid-range models, due to their rotational motion and the powerful cleaning solution.

The docking station is the primary selling feature of the L10S Ultra. It's multifunctional and sophisticated. The dock emptys its dustbin into a dirt bag, refills its water tank to enable mopping and dry the mop pads for you. It features a real-time risk detection system, and its smart controls let you schedule regular cleaning sessions.

In contrast to the other hybrid vacuum mops I've tried The L10S Ultra doesn't offer advanced debris pickup performance on carpets. In addition the mops aren't adept at removing stubborn stains as those found in the premium Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

In spite of the L10S Ultra's premium features, it requires regular care and maintenance. Its base station has to be emptied and the water tank and dust bag should be cleaned, empty and dried regularly to avoid unpleasant odors and mildew. The mop pads that are sold separately will also require changing regularly.

I would recommend the L10S Ultra to anyone with the funds. For those who are on a tighter budget, I would suggest a less basic model that will allow you to save money while still enjoying the convenience of hands-free cleaning at home. It's important to remember that even it's true that the L10S Ultra is the best rated robot vacuum robot vacuum and mop (why not try these out) you can purchase but its high cost and constant maintenance will ultimately make it more of a desire than a need.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

Eufy S1 Pro is the robot vacuum and mop you need to clean up messes and clean dirt off your hard floors. This powerful robovac/mop combination is a mighty suction capacity of 8,000 Pa. It also has a large battery capacity that can be used for both vacuuming as well as mowing. It's also fitted with an excellent obstacle-avoidance system. It even has a roller mop that cleans itself while moving and makes the S1 Pro stand out from other models that need to return to their base station mid-cleaning to wash off the mop pad.

The S1 Pro has a unique mopping mechanism that is different from the spinning discs and microfibre pads that are found on other robots. The roller is almost full width of the bot and is continuously dosed with clean, ozonated water from its dock. The roller scrubs the floor while taking in dirt. Dry debris is removed using the side brushes, or swept up into the front collision bumper. The S1 Pro dumps mop water that is dirty into its base station where it is sucked by the tank's heater elements, and then it is emptied into a bigger storage container. The tank onboard is able to hold a large amount of water and can handle up to half a dozen mopping session before running out.

Like many robotic vacuums and mop sets, the S1 Pro is ready to take it out from the box. The S1 Pro will need to be filled with clean water. This can be accomplished in the cleaning dock. You can also add cleaning solution to the dock if you prefer to have the option of using your own cleaner. If you decide to choose to use this feature you'll need to purchase the cleaning solution from Eufy, which is more expensive than other robot brands that permit you to use your own cleaner of choice.

The S1 Pro performed well in the coverage and navigation efficiency tests, as did most robots. It was quick to map a area and was able to navigate around furniture. It was stuck on carpets with thick piles several times during my tests. However this could be improved by updating the software. The S1 Pro is a very powerful robot that can be bought at a reasonable price.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's entry level mop and vacuum cleaner but it does have some impressive features. Its multifunction dock empties the robot's dirtbag and refills its water tanks, washing and sanitizing the mop pads as they go. The mopping system itself is capable of cleaning up a significant portion of an area before it needs to return to its dock, and the vacuum's extreme suction is capable of removing dirt and pet hair from carpets.

The app that runs this appliance is fairly dense, with a wide choice of options for customizing the cleaning process. You can set it up manually to start the full map and then clear everything that's been that is mapped by the device or you can pick particular rooms, expandable zones, or even a routine you've set up. SmartPlan is one of the mopping options. It utilizes the sensors on the mops to map out the space and determine the most efficient method to clean it.

Like all the Roborock models we've examined, the Qrevo performs well in our tests. Its navigation system works well by quickly mapping rooms and cleaning in an organized way. Its 'Normal" pathing option covers the room thoroughly, without any major gaps or missing areas. The Reactive Tech hazard avoidance system is also quite effective, though it's not as advanced as the color camera system of the Qrevo Master or the S8 Pro Ultra. It is able to detect dangers like carpets that are thick, but it might not be able to detect smaller objects such as electrical wires and rug tassels.

The one glaring flaw of this model is the absence of a mop after vacuum option that could be a problem for people who are frequently vacuuming prior to cleaning with their robot. Fortunately, there's a simple alternative: the app has an option to "clean up" at the end of every vacuuming session. The vacuum's mopping functions to remove the last traces and dust that remained after vacuuming. This is a great feature that lets this vacuum keep its cleanness a bit higher than its less expensive competitors.
