Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combos

Robot vacuums and mops are becoming more capable, acing our cleaning tests and tackling various floor types. Find models that allow you to choose between several modes, utilize their charging docks to automatically empty and clean up stairs.

1. Eufy Omni S1 Pro

After every mopping session, the docking station of the S1 automatically emptys its dust bin and refills the water tank with filtered, clean water ozonated. The dock provides a deep-cleaning solution for the water. The S1 water tank is able to hold up to 12 mopping sessions, however this will differ based on how often you use the mop.

Like all 2-in-1 robots the S1 requires periodic maintenance to keep it working well. You'll need to wash out the dirty tank to avoid it becoming blocked. You will also need to clean your sensors and swivel wheel regularly to avoid them becoming blocked by dust or dirt. However, overall, the S1 is simple to maintain, especially compared to other models that require more care.

The mopping capabilities are quite impressive, and comes with two spinning mop heads that actually lift and scrub floors instead of just dragging the pad over it. The mops can be cleaned with heated water, and dried in the base station whenever required. The mops can also be replenished at the top of the station when needed.

3. Dreame X40 Ultra

Dreame's X30 Ultra robot vacuum and mop were released earlier in the year. But their latest flagship model is packed with impressive features. It delivers outstanding cleaning results, and it is easy to maintain. This makes it a top contender on our list of the best robot hoover mops and robot vacuums. Its superior mapping abilities, RGB AI smart detection and an extended side brush ensure an effective, customized cleaning is achieved.

The X40 Ultra vacuums well, getting rid of both large and fine debris. It is equally effective on carpets and hard floors. It also cleaned our test's dirtiest areas well, eliminating pet hairs that are tangled and other dirt. The sweeping capabilities are augmented by a side brush that automatically swings out to tackle hard-to-reach corners, and an extending mop pad that is placed along baseboards.

Its navigation is intelligent, navigating tiny spaces and negotiating stairs without stepping back. The mops are also quite impressive, with 2700Pa of power that can tackle dust, dirt and pet hair on both carpets and hard floors. The Q5 was one of the few robots that we tested did not show a problem with high-pile area carpets and rugs. However, it did not handle kitty litter or cable tangles. This isn't a surprise because it doesn't contain AI-powered obstacle avoidance.

5. K10 Plus

K10 Plus is the quietest robotic vacuum we've ever tested. It also uses an innovative mapping system that lets it reach tight corners and corners that other vacuums cannot.
